From my experience, when some people get promoted, it's never for the better . They never seem to fix some of the issues they most definitely complained about pre-promotion. They always micromanage and annoy the rest of the staff.

I promise I'm not sexist but the vast majority of the time , is it's women. They just develop a "mean girl" persona .
