I come to work , do my job and then leave . It's like management at my job wants me to have an emotional attachment to the company.
As long as it's not evil, I don't care about the company's mission or future earnings .

I just came to do a job.

Same here .
I hate performance review for this very reason .
I could not care less about the company's mission . This is just a job for me . Stop trying to get me to care . 😤
