I generally despise teamwork . I function better on my own . Also , I think it's because I can't stand coming in to work and having to deal with people's mood swings , attitude and just laziness .

And there's ALWAYS someone there looking to gather intel to tattle because they think it will result in a promotion .

I max at 4 people. Anything more is a no-go. For all the reasons you stated and also , I get annoyed very quickly. I'm also the biggest introvert you will ever meet .
