I mean , I get it . It's great for team building and employee morale. And I honestly have no alternative. But work activities always turn out to be awkward and cringe .

And in the case of gift exchanges , there's always someone who is not satisfied with their gift.

Its the same for me . Mostly because I can't stand my co-workers . They irritate me so spending any extra time around them would be torture .
